OUTBOUND DIALLING (OBD)

We offer Outbound dialing solution in Tanzania. Outbound Dialling enables automatic dialling out of calls to a list of mobile users. OBD utilizes the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) calling system where the customer first listens to the pre-recorded audio promotion, and then punches corresponding DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) keys from the handset keypad to activate a service.

    1. Effective tool for subscription reminders, alerting subscribers in critical time for continuation of subscriptions.
