A call center service is a centralized telephone system facility that is equipped to handle large amount of customer telephone requests to businesses.

We make use of SMS and USSD tool for conducting simple questionnaires with a couple of questions

INFORMATION ON DEMAND

This is a SMS or USSD querying platform that allows users to quickly query and access company useful information.

We offer SMS services through the use of SMS Shortcode. A Shortcode is a five-digit number (such as 12345)

USSD SHORTCODE

A USSD Shortcode is a five-digit number (such as *123*45#) that initiates USSD session from cell phone.

WHATSAPP API

Our WhatsApp Business API powers your communication with customers by sending notifications

INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE

Is a technology that automates customer's interaction: by allowing callers to interact using touch-tone digits.

OUTBOUND DIALLING (OBD)

Outbound Dialing enables automatic dialing out of calls to a list of mobile users.

MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY ENABLED

In order to know the right SMSC, Payments GW, MMSC and USSD GW, FastHub performs real-time non-aggregated lookup for Central Reference Database

MOBILE INSURANCE

Our USSD and SMS Insurance platform enables insurance companies to send Bulk SMS to their customers

"Before working with FastHub we had issues with the platform that we were using, it was crushing almost every day, it was hard to get the information in real-time, delays from the support team on urgent issues, and the customization was limited, duplication of data and information."
